The only reason I was still alive it was him.

I was telling myself “I want to look at him jogging one more time”.

I use to drawn pleasure from looking at his smiling face.

.

I could see his day…

today he had a very important shooting

at the studio.

.

I mean, this man was a happy, successful man.

He had everything he wanted.

But his happiness, the reason he felt so happy

it was because of me.

I was there with him.

.

He was so proud of me.

He tought I was the coolest person in the world.

I think he had read every single one of my books

at least twice.

.

Sometimes he would just start discussing

a phrase, a concept…

And I would wake up

not knowing what and were.

Lately it was rally easy to me to just close my eyes

and drift away.

.

But I remember admiring his admiration.

Now that I had the love,

the family I always wanted,

I was ready to go.

.

.

I adored the care he had for me,

the little attentions,

but I hated the fact that, each day,

he felt blessed just because I was there, with him…

.

I hated that because I was ready to go

and he was keeping me from leaving

My body felt tired and weak.

.

“Come on mom, let’s go.

it is good for you to walk. It keeps you healthy!!”

..

That’s what we do every single day together,

our special walk to Central Park.

.

.

He has been the reason why I wake up

and I do not just let the wind fly me away

in its peaceful motion

during my mornings or afternoons naps.

I still coming back every time,

just because I know he is going to walk through that door

and he is going to smile  once more while looking at me

sitting in my cozy chair.

.

…and he is going to tell me about the girl he just met

and the new things they talked about

reading one of my books.

.

But he does not know

I do not remember what I wrote.

.

And just because of that smile,

of that joy, I cannot float away.

I hold on every day

just to present him one more smile.

.

He sits by me for hours,

asking me to tell him about the new discoveries

the magic,

but when I ask him

to let me go,

he turns his head away

like that moment did not exist…

.

I give in because I well know

what it means to not have a family, in the spiritual sense.

.

And I push and push this body.

I drag around this tired bony body

a little bit more.

Just to get to the same 5 pm,

so he can open that door again

and smile happy while looking at me.

.

.

But today even his enthusiasm

and my wish to make him happy

seems not to be enough.

I cannot wait to get home and to let this eyes close.

.

“Rick, … it is really time for me to go!”

.

He hugs me holding gently onto my body.

Slowly, slowly we start heading

 toward the road.

.

.

“Rick, it is really time for me to go home.”

.

“We are going home mom,

so you can rest.”

.

“No, Rick,

I’m sorry but I really need to go home this time.”

.

He stops. And everything stops with him around us.

The cars are not moving anymore.

There is nothing else alive.

.

There is only the sound of his heart

pounding so hard  to stop him from breathing

and to make me tremble like a dead leaf.

.

His all world has lost its colors

for a moment, and for that moment

his fear brings me back.

.

He has now understood what I meant.

.

No more words.

I just feel his hand holding mine

with the same love you would hold

the beautiful and delicate hand of a child

.

.

I feel him not wanting to let me go.

.

Pretending to stop the time,

like a strong powerful wind which holds you back.

.

It is a very long, heavy walk home for me,

I can barely carry the body.

.

A long walk that seems to last a lifetime.

.

“Where are you going to go?”

He asked me quietly, while watching me

from the side of the chair.

.

“Thank you. – I answer him. -

I have friends who are waiting for me, remember?”

I smile.

“Thank you Rick for letting me go.

You know I could never leave you without your consent.

You have given me

what I always wanted: a family.

.

You have made my trip

a very special trip.

.

I wish you to remember,

that there is not past and there is no future.

There is just the beauty of being.

Of perceiving. Of Creating joy

for others to feel.

.

There is no reuniting or departing

where space doesn’t exist.

YOU HAVE THIS MAGIC IN YOU.

You do not need to remember me,

because we never existed.

we are only existing in “now”.

And every time you feel me,

is because our “now” coexist.

We are in that NOW together.

So, you always have me and I always have you.”

I feel peace in him now and

it makes it easy for me to go.

He is one of the few who really knows

what I’m talking about.

I can feel it in my heart.

And so with a smile I let my eyes close and I fly free.

It is an amazing sensation this freedom from a body,

from the lies of time.

There is no past for me, there is no thinking of him

or of who I was or I have been.

There is only knowingness.

.

He still jogs every day at the park.

At times I know I’m in his thoughts

and I smile.

And so does he.

During my last months of soloing (meditation)

I found most of my thoughts and emotions belonging to other people.

One of my ‘teacher’ advised me, not to long ago,

to  ”mute these thoughts”, to “shut them off”

in order to achieve peace.

.

At the time it did not seem right,

I wanted to hear what I heard

while finding the way to not be affected.

My question it has been, what do I do

when I hear other people thoughts?

When I feel their emotions?

..

I discovered something really major.

Whenever you go down from knowingness,

you are entering an energy field.

.

You are becoming subject to the laws of the Mest (physical) universe.

Other people thoughts are a form of energy.

.

About a week ago I was driving to visit a friend

when suddenly I felt a strong sense of anxiousness.

..

I looked where that feeling was coming from

and, from a very swift scan, I located it coming from a little house

I just passed driving.

.

The first impulse I got was to help that woman

who was anxious.

But than I thought it wouldn’t be the right solution

as I couldn’t possibly help every single being

who I was perceiving in needs of help.

.

I was a bit confused and as I did not know what to do

so I decided to ask my spiritual teacher.

.

His answer was very simple and direct.

“Stay above the level of energy.

All this energy channels on the form of thoughts

are draining life from you.

They are parasite energy channels.”

.

.

.

I have never looked at that before.

But it did make sense.

.

So, as I thought, the answer is not to shut them off,

to fight them or to help the beings behind them.

We going back to the transparency level

which is very, very close to the static.

It is the dimension of not time and no space.

.

For the first time I actually felt free from the lies of thoughts.

The freest you get the simpler everything it became.

Every morning I solo (meditate).

The first thing I do is to look for any must-have/can’t-have

on anything I’m going or plan to do.

Survive if it is connected to a must have or a can’t have

can be hell.

Notice, that we could have hundred, thousands of the above.

If there is anything which sits on a must have/can’t-have

you can be sure it is going to be difficult.

And most likely will not happen.

When I really want something today,

I make sure I can-have-it or not-have-it

by removing all the MUST-have or CAN’T-have

connected to it.

When all those are out-of-the-way,

I truly can do fine with or without.

It is a lot of cleaning up,

but the result is:

if I really want it I get it and with no effort whatsoever

on my part in the physical universe.

We talking about true spiritual ability.

It is phenomenal.

… I’m finally starting to see and to feel how this works.

the lowering of knowingness.

By changing the position of the particles of energy thus created,

and by exchanging particles with others, extant or self-created,

the thetan cuts down his knowingness further,

and gets time, and so gets emotion and sensation.

When these become solid,

he has effort particles and masses.

Now, he could cut down his knowingness

further by refusing to use emotion and effort,

but by thinking about them

thus introducing new vias into his line of knowingness.

And, when he no longer knows entirely by thinking,

he ceases to create knowingness and begins to eat,

and from eating he drops into the ready-made sensation of sex

instead of knowing what happens in the future.

And from here he drops down into postulated mystery

What I do it is very simple.

But in order to grasp it,

or to have an idea about it,

you should have some knowledge and experience

of both the spiritual and the physical worlds.

All the bridge is,

(the step from the bottom to the Level of OT7)

is an undercut to get a spirit up to a level

where he is aware and courageous enough

to ‘make the jump’.

At this point,

the laws of this universe, the lower tech,

does not apply to the spirit (thetan) anymore.

The lower tech has to do

with a spirit interacting

with a physical universe as a ‘mest’ unit.

He ‘is a mest unit’ until he considers himself

to have a past,

a present time and a future,

to have a mind

(even worse if he believes he is his mind)

and until he walks around seeking and holding onto stable data

and trying to own things, his body included.

He is, unknowingly, policed

by the laws (energy flows) of this universe.

Today I’m researching and auditing

into the upper band, the one “merging”

into the pre-physical universe area.

or the light on.

It is the same room, but with the lights on

you can see the beautiful decorations,

collectibles intentionally and gracefully

placed around the room,

you can admire the beautiful roses on the table

and the paintings on the walls.

WE ALL HAVE THE LIGHT SWITCH  AT HAND…

It is just that some, have decided to not use it.

and the light switch is nothing more than creativity,

the desire to make a difference in somebody elses life,

to give them something to remember or to smile about,

or the joy to tell others they have been lucky and loved.

It is not about the money.

You will find, amongst very poor people, the same

type of creative person which turns

an old bare wood stool into

a very aesthetic piece of furniture.

With flour, yeast and salt

you can bake an exceptional bread

and offer a delicious snack

or you can turn the ingredients

into a hard to chew loaf…

Bread is very, very easy to make.... an average loaf of bread is actually more expensive than a home-made quality one.

If you have a small dick or if does not get hard

you can still give pleasure to your woman

with an expensive dildo

or with a very nice size carved carrot…

.

The point is:

do you wish to turn the light on or to leave it off?

.

HIS GRANDFATHER WAS A BRILLIANT MAN: "Do you think this kid would remember his grandfather visit to the hospital?"

This is the difference between,

agreeing to install a wood stove and doing it as agreed,

or installing the wood stove

while you are away shopping and the last thing you expect

is to come home and have a functioning wood stove,

or coming home to find a dozen of roses

with chocolates as my neighbours did for me.

Or somebody telling you you are the only reason

they renewed the subscription to a single site…

and you know that to be true.

… this and all the many others ways to

make somebody feel and be special.

In Scientology there is something called

“Running pleasure moments”,

this has to do with directing the person attention

on beautiful things she has experienced

hence improving her tone of life.

.

The best way to do this, however,

is by offering them pleasure moments to live in the “now”.

.

.

.

And after all, by doing that,

what are you really saying?

You are telling them, thank you for existing,

you are important enough to me

to do something for you.

Isn’t that an incredible thing to experience?

… But be carefull,

Happiness wakes up people.

Joy gives them a tremendous power

and in this society

people who are alive are likely to be punished.

Still you haven’t done anything wrong.

.

You have just given them the gift of life….

Not too long ago, in the land of India,

lived a handsome prince.

He was known for his life of luxury and lust.

In his harem there were the most beautiful women

you could ever dream of.

.

.

He was a selfish man

with no dreams, no passion or compassion.

His life was a terrifying escalation

of insatiable desire of opium and sex.

Many thought the kingdom was under a curse.

.

But one day a woman entered the palace…

.

her beauty was indescribable.

…

She was sent by a mysterious man to the prince

as a gift for his birthday.

She was bathed, scented and dressed

and sent to the prince rooms.

…

I do not know what really happen

as nobody was allowed inside the prince bedrooms,

but a servant must have been there to deliver

some wine when the prince, for the first time,

looked at that woman.

.

According to the servant, when the prince

saw her face, he almost fainted.

The time seemed to stop

as if a spell was cast on him.

The servant freaked out and left.

.

From that moment on,

the prince was possessed by an uncontrollable desire

of this woman.

He became a slave of her beauty and

the passion he shared for her.

She was the only one allowed into his quarters.

Each day to him was only worth living

if he could look into her bottomless emerald eyes.

There the time would stop

and the feeling of falling into a magic land of nowhere

was taking over his ability to think.

From the mighty man he always though to be,

for the first time, he felt lost and impotent,

pure slave of her beauty.

He would love her every single day experiencing

both the thrill of the first time love

and the agony of having her for the last time.

In her honor he ordered flowers for every woman in the kingdom.

…

But one day he found out her heart belonged to someone else.

She was taken away from him to be his gift.

At that moment the stars disappeared,

the sun stopped shining and no bird was anymore able to sing.

..

The pain in the prince heart was so strong

he collapsed to the floor,

and, rolled up like a ball,

he cried like a little kid in desperation for days.

In the kingdom people worried he was seriously sick.

…

By the laws of his land

he had power of life and death over her,

and part of him felt like killing her with his own hands.

.

But the love he bared for her was greater

than any emotion he thought a man

could ever experience.

He could have never hurt anyone he loved so deeply.

So, he decided, instead to give her a gift.

..

He gave her the gift of freedom

and, with that,

his own dream of love

so she could make it a reality with

the man she truly wanted.

He arranged for her and her man

a place in a far away land

where nobody could find them and

 where they could thrive their passion and love.

…

They said that after her departure from the palace

the prince never left his quarters…

he was heard crying by the servants,

for months, somebody says years.

…

But one day, a little girl came to see him to the palace.

Till than he had refused any visit,

but this time his counselor

strongly advised him to see this girls

mentioning a detail about her eyes.

The prince rushed her in.

…

When the girl arrived to his presence

he looked at her

and crashed on the floor at her feet…

the only thing he could see of that skinny 10-year-old body were

those beautiful emerald eyes

he though he would never see again.

With great embarrassment he started sobbing…

 ”Before my mom died“, the girl said,

“she told me of a man who loved her more than himself

enough to give up, for her, everything

which really did matter to him .”

She said:

“The man lived in a palace of gold

but was indeed a very poor man,

as he gave her his most beautiful dream.

She said:

“You should be proud of him.

He is your father

and, in his heart,

he is now one of the wealthiest man I have ever met.”

She continued:

“Go and make sure he knows I knew

about the sacrifice he has made.“

“He is a great man

and he would be one of our finest kings.“

Indeed the prince turned out to rule the kingdom

with wisdom and kindness.

His time is remembered as one of the most flourishing periods

in the Indian history.

Now,

it was recently reported that in

a little village of India, where not too long ago

a great kingdom existed,

amongst the ruins, there is a little temple

where the goddess of love lives.

..

She is a little statue with beautiful big emerald eyes.

It was ordered to be made by the prince

in honor of the woman he loved

and today, it still there.

.

They say the soul of the woman and the soul of the prince,

both inhabit the statue.

..

We do not know if this story is really true…

some people found the place and they say the statue does exist.

She is the protector of true love.

I fall every day at least 10 times.

Sometimes even more.

But I’m not scared of falling…

.

I see the danger on losing sight of the rope,

in giving up my freedom to games of war, of love, of justice…

.

You can play any game of life being up there,

and you are doing it from the right prospective:

YOU are living life.

.

But down there in the enchanted “Land of Toys” as in Pinocchio“,

life is living you.

There is the beautiful or less beautiful world inside the Aladdin lamp.

.

.

Every time you fall from the rope,

the physical universe, as a giant octopus,

grabs you to have you stay…

.

“I have to help my son…”, “My husband/wife needs me”,

“I have to put more time into my work”,

“I had so much fun yesterday, I need to do more of that…”

The indications that you are in or out the lamp or the “Land of Toys”

are the feelings that

“I have (must) to do this”,

“I need (must) to have that“

or the opposite flow as in “I cannot have him-her-it,

“I cannot-do that”, “I cannot leave him/her/it alone“,

“I better do or not do“

or “I must leave him/her/it alone“,

“I wish it would be different but I have to pay my bills“,

… and all this sort of “passive”,

but well agreed upon,

ways to view life.

Perfectly justified and agreed by the many (society).

…

Yet, true, unconditional love,

the highest creation

and pure joy

can be experienced only outside the “box”

when we are truly free.

.

But from inside you wouldn’t know…

.

Few arrive to see there is a rope to be walked, 

fewer are the ones walking it. 

.

We all fall from it at one point,

I do it many times each day.

But there are even fewer of us,

who get back up on the rope.

Some even lose sight of it…

.

It is a wonderful or less wonderful life…

.

and, what it seems to be the voice of your conscious, says:

“This is the reason you have to stay!!!

.

… and the “beautiful” analytical mind,

...

.

will guide you to the dresser room where you

you can wear the right uniform of a “true player”

.

Nobody can really trap you unless at one point you give your consent... and the real evil is in beguiling you into that agreement.

.

That is the reason very few people go up the bridge.

It is all justified.

.

As a happy ending,

we have the path to the rope…

I have got an amazing spiritual teacher.

The simplicity with which he advises me,

the freedom he always gives me to accept or reject

the knowingness he offers me

are beyond

the perception of this body.

This morning I got up and my attention was on a person I cared about.

I started to have thoughts about the future,

and slowly, slowly I felt quite uncomfortable.

…

I told myself: time to go in session (meditation)

.

The truth is that, for a spiritual being,

future and past are lies.

(as described in the Scientology axioms)

.

Knowingness is on a very high band,

but still belonging to this dimension as it considers time.

.

When you arrive to a certain point,

you just know.

.

Knowing the future could be a blessing or a curse.

A blessing, if you are advanced enough

to not have to deal with the case generated misemotions

or unwanted reactions related to the waiting time

between the moment of knowingness (forecast)

and the occurrence itself.

.

The ability to know,

while being able to  stay in present time

is a key factor to sanity.

.

This morning I went to  my teacher for an advice

I told him I knew a person would return.

.

He than told me:

“Yes, he will come back.

But right now you have to let go of anything

that has to do with him.

Like he never existed and he never will.”

“Remember, is when you do not have any past,

that the present regains its magic.”

.

You follow in love 190 times to the same person.

You smile full of joy thousands of times

by looking a the same flower.

.

You feel lucky millions of times

recognizing you have in him/her a true friend.

…

and even the pain it is shorter as,

when occurs, there is no a line continuum

which makes it unbearable.

My teacher is brilliant.

.

What we are talking about here is the ability to

treat every moment of your life

as it is the only moment.

All this is very far from being “the guy who is STUCK in present time”

and willy-nilly cannot go anywhere else.

By cleaning up regularly any bit of past

which under the form of images, masses,

thoughts or sensations linger to your space,

you are going to be able to stay free of time.

without falling off and staying off

dispersed into the game of life which is made of past and future.

Present Time Problem

definition:

an intention counter-intention that worries the person

.

It is always easy to find solutions for the problems of others

or to see others problems before our own..

.

A very good friend, an old-timer

with quite a bit of wisdom under his belt,

told me once that the best way to talk to people

about their problems

is by conversing about somebody elses

who has the same problem…

.

.

Many, using this approach,

find it easier to look at themselves

without having to confront the judgment of others

or to feel wrong for having that problem.

.

The other day I was driving my car and

I was happily thinking I  was over my last relationship.

I was so happy I started to think

I wanted to do something for him to do well.

…

I was also considering that a friend, instead,

was still very much involved in her problem.

A present time problem.

The funny thing it was that while going over

again in my head at the definition of present time problem

I realized,

I was still having one.

I was still wanting to do something about “him“.

I laughed.

I’m amazed of how many ways a mind,

aberration can pull you back into something or

keep you working at it

even, under the disguise of help.

But you still trapped.

Mr Smith once told me:

“You are going to be over this, 

when you will not have any more thoughts about it

Nor good, nor bad.”

He was totally right.

…Well this cognition got me to move one more step ahead.

I checked for interference in

my space and cleaned them up.

Even if you are not actually playing a game

but if  you are sitting in the tribunes cheering for your team

or pondering who’s right or wrong,

you are still part of that game.

You are still flowing power to it,

just by having some of your attention units

flowing in that direction.

So, there is nothing wrong wanting to help anyone

but when that is a present time problem, 

when there is an invisible

“Cannot let go”-”Do not wish to let go”,

it enters the field of aberration.

… war, no matter how important it seems,

no matter the ideal of justice

and truth behind it

it is not advancing you spiritually.

If you observe carefully you will see,

that even those people who are saying

they value spiritual studies and

enhancement more than anything else,

will most likely go for supporting a fight toward freedom,

than the people who practice and live spiritual freedom

on themselves and others.

War it is so easily becoming the “business”

instead of being a sub-supporting action

to spiritual freedom,

to the actual work of enhancing spiritually.

2. the feeling that one owns or possesses.

3. can be simply defined as ARC with the environment. (SH Spec 294, 6308C14)

5. the result of creation. (SH Spec 19, 6106C23)

6. the ability to duplicate that which one perceives,

or create a duplication of what one perceives,

or to be willing to create a duplication of it.

But it’s duplication.

7. ability to communicate with an isness.

The ability to conceive an is-ness and communicate with it.

8. havingness is the concept of being able to reach

or not being prevented from reaching.

(SH Spec 126, 6203C29)

The last is the definition I like the most and I believe to be the most higher tone.

Havingness, as the potential having.

What many people think, is that,

before not-having

there must have been having,

otherwise you would not be aware

of the fact that you do not have.

They also think that before having

there was nothing and therefore no-having.

The latter statement is quite imprecise.

A much higher gradient and state of being

is potential havingness.

It differs from not-having as the two belong to the extremes of the tone scale.

On the very top, you do not have any consideration

regarding having or not -having

and you do not go either into the mechanics of how to get something.

.

Potential havingness is a very high state of being,

I believe it floats in the area of serenity of being.

Serenity of being is above the energy flows of this universe.

It is a state that belong to a spiritual being

not a composite being or the Mest universe.

In Scientology we do not handle pleasure moments,

if not as in arc straightwire, in order to key out the bank.

The truth is that running pleasure moments

beefs up the bank, it makes it more solid.

It makes you more able to remember, but remembering,

as uses data from the analytical mind,

gets you back into the main implant,

down to the obedience and under the control of this system.

All the time the spirit tries or

has tried to keep or mock back up a pleasure moment,

the loss of it is restimulated and therefore

the thetan failure to handle his life and case

gets also restimulated .

.

In appearance it can seem the preclear is getting better.

.

The truth is, all is calming down as

he is getting back quietly into the “matrix”.

.

Pleasure moments are the points

were the thetan get stuck

or start stopping time.

.

However, the reason why it has been unsuccessful to erase the bank

by running pleasurable moments

and it has been impossible to as-is them up to now

is that they are not the basic

so they cannot as-is.

.

The basic is ‘nothing’.

and nothing  has been a much higher state of being…

“kind of “serenity of being.”

The thetan gets into the obsession to duplicate something

on the wavelength of pleasure.

One way to avoid  the business  of duplication,

if you already learned the lesson

that you cannot duplicate as often as you wish,

is to not let go, is stopping something from ending.

So, in the beginning there was a beautiful connection.

The connection for some reason is now gone.

However it does seem like it is still there

because the spirit is dragging the past into present time.

.

LRH says that pleasure moments bring survival.

Note that when pleasure moments are used as a mock-up form

out of present time,

they give survival to the Mest universe,

they hinder the ability to inspect and therefore

to as-is (look something the way it really is).

.

They numb theta perceptions, very cleverly.

.

An appearance of success or happiness for a body,

might be what the spiritual trap is made of.

.
