Justice #2: People with hidden motives use False reports and disconnection.

 

I have noticed that there are people in the IND field

that while professing to apply Standard Tech,

refuse to use communication in handling their disagreements

and easily disconnect from others.

I would like to remind them

that disconnection

is part of Adolf Miscavige’s Standard Tech

not by LRH.

A dear friend wrote me: "Disconnection, when hits back any soul that is indeed attempting to emanate honor and love, hurts very deeply."

This post is therefore dedicated to the several people who have been unjustly disconnected from.

I thought I was one of the few, but actually I was very sorry to discover there have been many more.

We all come from a very traumatic experience of a suppressive use of disconnection from the Church of $ or other 1.1 people,  Scientologists or not. We have a lot of grief, pain, and despairation connected to that. It hits you with a feeling of unworthness or nullification while all we were trying to do was to help and be true to what we believe it was right.

It hurts.

Indeed disconnection should be the last resort. If you have a criminal that endangers your group, you disconnect. It is a matter of surviving.

Unfortunately, and the policy “Justice” will confirm it, to handle or bring justice requires a lot of work. To bring justice also means to unravel the lies of those who are falsely accusing.

A person with a clean heart would not be opposed to applying ethics and will be very happy to incur any possible action to restore ARC.

A person who has something to hide finds, in the disconnection, the best solution to make sure no investigation can be done. They create a safe environment for their lies.

The last point.

Let’s keep in mind that Scientology 0

is about destimulation.

(unless it is done to get the charge off right away) is entheta.

To make my position clear, once again, I believe and follow Standard Tech by LRH, and I belong to the IND group of those that supports anyone who honestly is helping others, (no matter what the technique), to be happier, more able and create a positive safe world.

I personally find the act of attacking any group or person that is doing a good job, just because it is not “Scientology”, very anti-Scietnology.

We also have to keep in mind that many people are not trained, and on the top of that, they are still reacting over the huge By Pass Charge of the ‘wrong items’, ‘abuses’ and ‘suppressions’ by the Church of $, probably to the point where they now match terminals with the suppressors.

If you have been disconnected, and it hurts, please communicate…

you are not alone.

In Scientology or in the outside world, we will always find these kinds of individuals, and we should know why they do it.

GET TRAINED!!

A third party adds up to suppression by giving false reports on others.

“Running this back further, one finds that the real third party, eventually unearthed, got people shot by FALSE REPORTS.

He blames his goof on somebody else. That somebody else gets disciplined. (…) member X diverts attention from himself by various means including falsely accusing others.

This is a third party action which results in a lot of people being blamed and disciplined.

And the real third party remaining undetected.

 

The missing point of justice here is that the disciplined persons were not faced with their accusers and were not given the real accusation and so could not confront it.

Another case would be a third party simply spreading tales and making accusations out of malice or some even more vicious motive. This would be a usual third party action.

It is ordinarily based on false reports.”

“The basis of all really troublesome third party activities is then FALSE REPORTS.

There can also be FALSE PERCEPTION.

One sees things that don’t exist and reports them as “fact.”

 

Therefore we see that we can readily run back an investigation by following a chain of false reports.

“After a lot of experience with ethics and justice I would say that the real source of upset in an area would be FALSE REPORTS accepted and acted upon without confronting the accused with all charges and his or her accusers.

An executive should not accept any accusation and act upon it.

To do so undermines the security of one and all.

 

What an executive should do on being presented with an accusation or down stats or “evidence” is conduct an investigation of false reports and false perceptions.

An area is down stat because of one or more of the following:

1. No personnel

2. Personnel not trained

False perceptions can come from restimulation, aberration, non confront...etc

6. False perception leading to false stats

7. False reports by rumor or misunderstanding

8. False reports from single rare instances becoming accepted as the condition of the whole.

9. False reports on others defensively intended

10. False reports on others maliciously intended (real 3P)

11. Injustices cumulative and unremedied

12. Actions taken on others without investigation and without confronting them with their accusers or the data.

This is a list of probable causes for an upset or down stat area.

JUSTICE

The only thing which can actually remedy a general insecure feeling

is a renewed faith in justice.

Justice would consist of a refusal to accept any report not substantiated by actual, independent data, seeing that all such reports are investigated and that all investigations include confronting the accused with the accusation and where feasible the accuser, BEFORE any disciplinary action is undertaken or any condition assigned.

 

While this may slow the processes of justice, the personal security of the individual is totally dependent upon establishing the full truth of any accusation before any action is taken.

 

Harsh discipline may produce instant compliance but it smothers initiative.

Positive discipline is in itself a stable datum.

People are unhappy in an area which is not well-disciplined

because they do not know where they stand.

An area where only those who try to do their jobs are disciplined encourages people to hide and be inactive.


But all discipline must be based on truth

and must exclude acting on false reports.

 

Therefore, we get a policy:

Any false report leading to the unjust discipline

of another is an act of TREASON by the person making the false report and the condition should be assigned and its penalties fully applied.

A condition of DOUBT should be assigned any person who accepts and disciplines another unjustly on the basis of a report which subsequently turns out to have been false.

 

This then is the primary breakdown of any justice system-that it acts on false reports, disciplines before substantiation and fails to confront an accused with the report and his accuser before any discipline is assigned, or which does not weigh the value of a person in general against the alleged crime even when proven.

  1. Silvia, it is a sad day when thse so called ‘scientologists’ use disconnection as a form of ‘communicating’ when they disagree with you. It is obvious that they have severe misunderstoods and false data as well as other case phenomena. Those people are not really scientologists, or OT for that matter. They are playing at the humanoid level, instead of being pandetermined and responsible.

    I consider myself an OT and a trained auditor and disconnecting is so much against to what Scientology stands for, the very first thing one learns in Scientology is confronting…confronting anything and using the communication formula which was put in a form of drills: the TRs to communicate better. Silvia, sadly those who use disconnection never went beyond the first drill.

    Also, we got to respect other people’s points of view, even if they are far from our own or from what we believe it is true…we got to respect the religious beliefs of others and apply our own religious beliefs to come to understanding with the rest of the dynamics; one of the most basic principles of Scn is that Communication is the universal solver.

    I have as you, suffered from disconnection and 3rd party in the independent field, Freezone whatever you wish to call it; from people who called themselves my friends but only took advantage of my desire to help others, from people that I have never even seen in my life or from some that I haven’t seen or talked to in more than 20 years, yet they call themselves OTs, Scientologists or clears.

    We are only free if we live with the truth…disconnecting is not living with the truth.

    • That is called 3 party… you tell how it is all right to disconnect to terminals other than the one that should know… ;-D

  3. Silvia, you can also look it another way, they didn’t disconnect, they blew you off, a blow off lol. They have their own o/w’s on you and they didn’t want you to find out.

    It was easier for them to blow you off, than to actually confront you and take any responsibility for their comm cycle. It’s a two terminal universe 🙂 You’re not 100% responsible for their comm, they are.

    And those o/w’s aren’t necessarily present time. Yep, down the track, so they even more don’t want you to go up the bridge cause well, you would remember what happened and what they did.

    can’t have that, oh, gotta cover my ass. that’s what these people go through every time you communicate and don’t agree. it’s pretty interesting to watch the indicators on their face, the out tr’s, the whole thing. it’s wild lol.

    As auditors, real auditors like Aida, myself etc, we’ve heard it all lol.

    But just remember, they are small, teeny tiny beings, degraded and in a good way, the other side of the coin is, good, the db’s are off your lines. no more sucking of theta, your theta.

    Just cause they have a certificate, a piece of paper, doesn’t make them ruler of your universe.
    Even though that’s what they think they are entitled to.

    Just know, it’s not you, it’s them lol.

    • It is so easy to go into group agreement and hate. That is the why in any group there must be ethic that protects good people from the bank dramatization of the know best… or “I’m so much above you!!”
      i trust this group is a very special one and no one can really break it down… OSA or else..

    you can tell how he operates, only implanters take great pleasure in causing people so much pain and then of course take no repsonsiblity for it. It’s who he is, that’ why he and tommy davis are the professed jailers of this planet lol. tommy admitted to it, in a press release.

    to the rest of the indie field, hey if you wanna be like miscavige, go ahead, the rest of us ot’s we just won’t put up with it. ot’s are senior to implanters, that’s a universal law. 🙂
