Imagine

Imagine if you were brought in front a big screen and shown a picture of a gathering with hundreds of people.

Imagine if you were brought in front a big screen and shewn a picture of a gatherer with hundreds of people. Imagine you were told you were all this people and the place too.

Imagine you were told you were all this people and the place too.

Imagine if you were also convinced you were each one of this people individually and every time you were actually observing one of them you would assume their program (mind) and adding another mind to the general one it was given to you when you sat in front the screen.

Imagine yourself, now, leaded to believe you’re those people, trying to make them survive, feeling responsible for their future, for each individual future and well being.

Imagine yourself, not knowing is a projection and not knowing they are all one image, starting fights one against another to protect and support the different minds (program)… in truth fighting yourselves.

14590377_559656040885918_3086677289708589942_n

Imagine yourself feeling something is really wrong and trying to unsuccessfully escape from the screen as a single person… Unsuccessfully, as while you are desperately trying to escape as one, you are continuing your participation in the play with all the others.

Imagine yourself feeling something is really wrong and trying to unsuccessfully escape from the screen as a single person… Unsuccessfully, as while you are desperately trying to escape with one, you are continuing your participation in the play with all the others. But again, you do not know that anymore.

And so, you start focusing in campaigns to save the world, while part of you knows there is not such world and, frustrated and upset, is trying to destroy this screen… the very same world you are trying to save.

Some philosophers say we are one and we are responsible for everybody, we are everywhere while some other say we are a single being. From a mind prospective they both potentially right.

However, outside the “minds”there is no us, me, you or I in this projection.

There is a projection and the only way out, is not to play any part in the movie we see.”

theater

In truth, if there is ever going to be a truth understandable or even perceivable and by a mind, there is no us, me or I in this projection. There is a projection and the only way out, at least from the “movie”, is not to play any part in the movie.”

Spiritual truths are “birds” who cannot be owned.

Spiritual truths are “birds” who cannot be owned.

.

It is inevitable the degradation spiritual truth undergoes

as soon as it enters the material universe.

.

Spiritual truth exists beyond the mind and,

when touches the world of mankind,

its ordinary reality,

it turns instantly into a lie.

.

How is it that truth becomes confused and misused as it passes through generations and cultures?

I hope you can enjoy this story as much as I did.

Q:  If there is a single, original Teaching, how is it that it becomes confused and misused as it passes through generations and cultures?

A:  There is a saying, “Whatever goes into a salt-mine becomes salt.”  The Teaching is the worldly manifestation of something, and as such a manifestation it is affected by the deforming character in appearance and operation of those who adopt it into their culture without understanding its inner dimensions.  Listen to what happened to Marhuma:

Fariduddin Attar relates in his Ilahi-Nama (Book of the Divine) that there was once a woman of virtue named Marhuma, which means “She upon whom mercy is exercised”  Her fate stands for the vicissitudes of the Teaching.

Her husband decided to perform the Pilgrimage to Mecca, and left her in the care of his younger brother.  After a time, this man fell in love with her, and made approaches to her.  She rebuked him: but he threatened that if she did not submit he would put her in danger.  When she refused to yield, he brought four false witnesses, charging her with adultery.  The woman, brought before the judge, was declared guilty and was taken to an open space to be stoned to death.

.

On this path let the heart be your guide for the body is hesitant and full of fear.

♥ On this path let the heart be your guide for the body is hesitant and full of fear. ♥

.

Marhuma was left for dead, and lay in that place all night.  In the morning, when she began to revive, and when she was almost back to her senses, a desert Arab who was passing heard her groans.  He asked her who she was and she answered that she was ill, so he decided to take care of her.

After a few days she recovered and, seeing her beauty, the Arab besought her to marry him.  “but I am already married” she said.  She so moved him by her entreaties to leave her alone that he adopted her, making her his sister.

Now the Arab had a slave, and this man fell in love with Marhuma: but she resisted him as well.  He decided to have his revenge for being rebuffed.  The master had a beautiful child and the slave, one night, killed it and put the bloodstained dagger which he had used under Marhuma’s pillow.

When the child’s mother went in the morning to give it milk, she discovered the murder: and she found the weapon in Marhuma’s bed.

The Arab asked Marhuma why she had repaid his kindness in this way: giving evil in exchange for good: but she was able to convince him that she was innocent.

But the Arab realized that, after the shock which she had had, his wife would always associate Marhuma’s face with the death of her little one, and so he had to send Marhuma away.

The manifestation of the Teaching, in the form of tales and exercises, of actions and thoughts, will always be as vulnerable as Marhuma, and is often betrayed and misunderstood by the base and the ignorant.

Supposed forms of Sufi teachings are abundant; some of them have a fair face, others are associated with unacceptable histories; and these are all the result of the kind of thing which happened to Marhuma when her husband was away.

One cannot learn about oneself unless one is free.

Sharing a word from my favorite teacher.

WIMBLEDON, LONDON 2ND PUBLIC TALK 16TH MARCH 1969

‘THOUGHT BREEDS FEAR’

by J. Krishnamurti

...

♥ “…freedom and discipline go together, not that one must be disciplined in order to be free. We are using the word discipline not in the accepted, traditional sense, which is to conform, imitate, suppress, follow a set pattern, but rather the root meaning of that word itself, which is to learn.
So learning and freedom go together.
♥ by J. Krishnamurti ♥

For most of us freedom is an idea but not an actuality.

When we talk about freedom or think about it, we want to be free outwardly,
to do what we like, to travel, to be free to express ourselves in different ways, free to think what we like.

The outward expression of freedom seems to be extraordinarily important, especially in countries where there is tyranny, dictatorship; and in those
countries where outward freedom is possible one seeks more and more pleasure, more and more enjoyment, freedom to possess.

And in the search for freedom, if one is at all serious, there is not only the outward expression of that freedom, which must, it seems to me, come from psychological freedom, inward freedom.

And if we are to enquire deeply into what freedom implies, freedom to be inwardly, completely and totally free – which then expresses itself outwardly in society, in relationship – then we must ask, it seems to me, whether the human mind, heavily conditioned as it is, can ever be free at all.

Or must it always live and function within the frontiers of its own conditioning, and therefore there is no freedom at all?

One sees that the mind, verbally understanding that there is no freedom here on this earth, inwardly or outwardly, one then begins to invent freedom in another world, liberation, moksha, heaven and so on.

So if we could put aside all theoretical, ideological, concepts of freedom and actually enquire whether our minds, yours and mine, can ever be free, freedom from dependence, psychologically, inwardly, freedom from fear, anxiety, the innumerable problems, both the conscious as well as the deeper layers of consciousness.

Whether there can be complete psychological freedom, so that the human mind, being free from all problems can come upon something which is not of time, which is not put together by thought, or as an escape from the actual realities of daily existence?

If we could this morning go into this question whether the human mind, yours and mine, can ever be inwardly, psychologically, totally free.

Because without that freedom it is not possible to see what is truth, to see if there is a reality not invented by fear, not shaped by the society or the culture in which we live, not as an escape from the daily monotony, with its boredom,
loneliness, despair and anxiety.

Because unless one is free you can’t explore, you can’t investigate, you can’t examine.

To look into it, there needs not only freedom but the discipline that is necessary to observe.

So freedom and discipline go together, not that one must be disciplined in order to be free. We are using the word discipline not in the accepted, traditional sense, which is to conform, imitate, suppress, follow a set pattern, but rather the root meaning of that word itself, which is to learn.
So learning and freedom go together.

Learning bringing its own discipline, not imposed by the mind in order to achieve a certain result. So those two things are necessary essentially.

The act of learning and freedom.

One cannot learn about oneself unless one is free.

...

And to learn about oneself one must observe,

not according to any pattern, formula, or concept

but actually observe as one is.

And that observation, that perception, that seeing, brings about its own
discipline, its own learning in which there is no conformity, imitation, suppression, control whatsoever.

So freedom and learning are always together.

And there is a great deal of beauty in that.

Our minds are conditioned – that is an obvious fact – conditioned by the culture or society, influenced by various impressions, strains, stresses, relationships, economic, social, climatic, educational, religious conformity, sanctions and so on.
Our minds are trained to accept fear and escape, if we can, from that fear, never being able to resolve, totally and completely, the whole nature and structure of fear.

So our first question is: whether the mind, so heavily burdened, can resolve completely, not only its conditioning, but also its fears?

Because it is the fear that makes us accept conditioning.

...

And if we may this morning – please do not merely hear a lot of words and ideas – which are really of no value at all – but through the act of listening, observing your own states of mind, then we can together both verbally and non-verbally, enquire whether the mind can ever be free from fear – not accepting fear, not escaping from it, not saying “I must develop courage, resistance”, but actually be fully aware of the fear in which one is trapped.

Because unless one is free from this quality of fear one cannot see very clearly, feel very clearly, deeply; and obviously, when there is fear there is no love.

WHY CONFIDENTIAL DATA ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE?

  • WHY CONFIDENTIAL DATA

    ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE?

Actually they are, and they are everywhere

    for anyone who can ‘see’.

    .

    ...

    .

The so “labeled” confidential data can be found any where,

while can be perceived and fully understood

only by those whose spiritual mind is awaken.

    .

    The rational-analytical mind,

used by a large majority in their approach

to spiritual matters, is blind when confronted with such knowledge.

Not only is unable to understand

what is facing, but in its attempts to translate it

alters it to a point to lead the researcher

    off the true path.

It leads them into groups, institutions, Religious entities,

dogmas, rules, wars or any activity aimed to

    individualization and separation.

We are the only one to have the right technology.

THIS is the only religion, The only way!”

are just some examples of the analytical – rational mind at work.

    .

    Those data $cientologists call confidential

    are not confidential at all,

they are available to anyone anywhere

if they only would be awake enough to see it.

    .

The Truth is not hidden as many think,

it is just invisible to anyone asleep.

    .

“Hamid had said that there was another language,

    the language of the heart;

so there must be a way of understanding,

    with direct insight rather

    than with discursive reasoning. “

All the OT levels are about,

    is a processes of familiarization
with the spiritual world; the implanted minds,
    the parasites of energy,
and all the other inorganic activities around us.
    .
The real problem lays in the earlier steps where,
    as it happens today,
the being does not detaches from his rationale/analytical mind,
he does not wake up the spiritual mind,
and even if or when he comes to know the true data,
he is unable to applied it
and to live up to it.
Many, and I say many of those OT’s have turned out
not only to leave the spiritual path, but to deny any truth to the knowledge they were given.
    ..
The same happens in other advanced spiritual fields.
The analytical mind regains its control
    by turning any perception into
a materialistic view of the spiritual world.
Till the spiritual mind rest asleep,
the being is unable to see, and to grasp any truth in its fullness
or to make any significant advance.
The Christian persecutions, the massacres in Allah name,
the psychological violence by the Church of $cientology,
the never-ending fights amongst religious groups,
are all activities policed by the analytical -rational mind.
    .
Do you think competitive religion will bring peace, unity, and happiness to mankind? Do you think any specialized religion, whether it be Hinduism, Buddhism, or Christianity, will bring peace? Or must we set aside all specialized religions and discover reality for ourselves? When we see the world blasted by bombs and feel the horrors that are going on in it; when the world is broken up by separate religions, nationalities, races, ideologies, what is the answer to all this? We may not just go on living briefly and dying and hope some good will come out of it. We cannot leave it to others to bring happiness and peace to mankind; for mankind is ourselves, each one of us. Where does the solution lie, except in ourselves? To discover the real answer requires deep thought-feeling, and few of us are willing to solve this misery. If each one of us considers this problem as springing from within and is not merely driven helplessly along in this appalling confusion and misery, then we shall find a simple and direct answer. * By Jiddu Krishnamurti

As I forecasted, the advanced teaching of
those masters were about humility (freedom from an EGO),
respect and love, together with the belief
that on a real spiritual path
there are not churches or individuation.

THE “HOBBY” OF SPIRITUAL FREEDOM

HOW BADLY DO YOU WISH TO BE FREE?

.

Here he will see his impotence, his helplessness, and his nothingness; or again, when he begins to know himself a man sees that he has nothing that is his own, that is, that all that he has regarded as his own, his views, thoughts, convictions, tastes, habits, even faults and vices, all these are not his own, but have been either formed through imitation or borrowed from somewhere ready-made. In feeling this a man may feel his nothingness. And in feeling his nothingness a man should see himself as he really is, not for a second, not for a moment, but constantly, never forgetting it. .... "This continual consciousness of his nothingness and of his helplessness will eventually give a man the courage to 'die,' that is, to die, not merely mentally or in his consciousness, but to die in fact and to renounce actually and forever those aspects of himself which are either unnecessary from the point of view of his inner growth or which hinder it. These aspects are first of all his 'false I,' and then all the fantastic ideas about his 'individuality,' 'will,' 'consciousness,' 'capacity to do,' his powers, initiative, determination, and so on.

THE HOBBY OF SPIRITUAL FREEDOM

Many talk about spiritual freedom,

many invest money and time

hoping somebody will take them to the  next level.

But very, very few, are devoted to the path of knowledge to the point

of stopping to play the game of materialism.

It is not a matter of money or luck,

but  purely a matter of intention,

constant and un-bendable,

of endurance paired with personal vital energy, Prana,

inner strength or life force, as some wish to call it.

.

"We have already spoken enough about the meaning of being 'born.' This relates to the beginning of a new growth of essence, the beginning of the formation of individuality, the beginning of the appearance of one indivisible I. "But in order to be able to attain this or at least begin to attain it, a man must die, that is, he must free himself from a thousand petty attachments and identifications which hold him in the position in which he is. He is attached to everything in his life, attached to his imagination, attached to his stupidity, attached even to his sufferings, possibly to his sufferings more than to anything else. He must free himself from this attachment. Attachment to things, identification with things, keep alive a thousand useless I's in a man. These I's must die in order that the big I may be born. But how can they be made to die? They do not want to die. - from 'In search of the miraculous' by

But how can they be made to die? They do not want to die. ♣ “In search of the Miraculous by P. D. OUSPENSKY.

.

It is a continue search.

A person needs to be strong to stop accumulating,

in order to overcome the fear of “nothingness”,

of the loss of possessions.

“Nothingness after all means death to the material universe,

means death to his parasites minds and organisms.”

All I wish to say to the many who desire knowledge and freedom

is that all they are looking for is out there,

and NO ONE,

and I mean NO ONE, can get it for them.

.

"Nearly all the world is asleep. but they do not know it." ... "You can only wake up if you want to. and so begin to work on yourself to cut away all the rubbish in order to come upon the nature of who and what you are." ..."Search incessantly for your true nature, but not for yourself."

Till the time they perfectly duplicate and understand that,

they are not going to go anywhere, and their spiritual

search would be nothing but a silly hobby.

Till the time they  go for broke for truth

they are going to be slave of the analytical mind(s) ,

they will not recognize their teachers

or be ready for them when they will cross their path,

and they will miss the many calls.

….

Their spiritual mind will continue to sleep,

to be dead.

.

In her place, the analytical mind will guide them to institutions,

groups with many rules,

will instigate them to fights and separate in the name of truth and love,

and will unite them  with solid religion

where love and freedom are an excuse to

 individuate and judge.

And so the teaching of Jesus, Buddha, Muhammad,

and Hubbard have been lost

and changed into something that has nothing spiritual.

.

...

…”The struggle against the ‘false I,’ against one’s chief feature or chief fault, is the
most important part of the work, and it must proceed in deeds, not in words”. -from In Search of the miraculous”

.

In truth as OUSPENSKY mention in his book

“In search of the Miracolous”

if Gesus would be here and alive

very very few, of the million who call themselves

Christian would actually follow him.

.

The original messages were lost when the analytical mind(s) translated them

into something the analytical mind(s)

could understand.

.

And so today many body-machines populate churches,

fight in name of freedom, judge, individuate

under the guidance of their EGO.

This Unaware of the fact that life is choosing for them.

This is the fate of Christianity, Scientology,

Buddhism, Islamic religions and any other group on earth

guided by a bunch of ‘I’s;

the analytical minds…

It is only when man ceases to care for power for his personal use that power comes.

Awakening is possible only for those who seek it and want it, for those who are ready to struggle with themselves and work on themselves for a very long time and very persistently in order to attain it. For this it is necessary to destroy 'buffers,' that is, to go out to meet all those inner sufferings which are connected with the sensations of contradictions. Moreover the destruction of 'buffers' in itself requires very long work and a man must agree to this work realizing that the result of his work will be every possible discomfort and suffering from the awakening of his conscience.

“Meditation is to be aware of every thought

and of every feeling, never to say it is right or wrong

but just to watch it and move with it.

In that watching you begin to understand

the whole movement of thought and feeling.

And out of this awareness comes silence.

Silence put together by thought is stagnation,

is dead, but the silence that comes

when thought has understood its own beginning,

the nature of itself, understood how all thought

is never free but always old –

this silence is meditation in which the meditator

is entirely absent, for the mind

has emptied itself of the past.
